Yes, there are sending limits, but they differ depending on which email platform you use with us.
cPanel (shared/reseller hosting email)
For email accounts hosted on our shared and reseller cPanel servers:

Maximum 200 emails per hour per cPanel account.

This limit helps keep the mail queue clear, prevents excessive server load, and reduces the risk of spam listings and realtime blacklisting that could affect everyone on the server.
If you have a legitimate need to send more than 200 emails per hour, please contact us with details of your use case. In some situations we may be able to temporarily adjust the limit on a justified basis for our shared platforms.
OX App Suite (Professional/Business Email)
For mailboxes hosted on OX App Suite (our professional email service, separate from cPanel):

Maximum 500 emails per hour per mailbox.

Maximum 5,000 emails per day per mailbox.

Maximum 100 recipients per individual email.

Up to 30 concurrent connections per mailbox; if this is exceeded, the OX platform may rate‑limit based on connections.

These limits are enforced by the OX platform itself and are separate from the 200‑per‑hour cPanel mail limits above.
Bulk and newsletter sending
Neither cPanel email nor OX App Suite is intended for large‑scale newsletter or marketing campaigns. For bulk or marketing emails (e.g. regular newsletters to large lists), we strongly recommend using a dedicated email marketing service (such as Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.). This improves deliverability, list management, and compliance with anti‑spam rules.
