A timeout error may be shown if you have attempted to login too many times and fail. Our firewall will temporarily block your IP address in this event.
The duration of the blocking is 30 minutes and each service has it's own limit on failed login attempts. We have the servers set up this way for your security - if somebody tries to guess your password, they won't get many chances to get it right!
Should you forget your password to any of your services, please submit a support ticket and we can reset the password for you. If your IP address does end up blocked, we can unblock it.

The cPanel/WHM password can also be reset in our client area under Services -> Manage (next to your hosting plan) -> Change Password.
