We require that the First Name and Last Name fields for the main account holder contain a REAL PERSON'S full name for the main account holder. Please do not enter a business name, an alias, nickname, or any other placeholder. If you'd like to include a general contact such as 'IT Helpdesk' or 'Finance Team,' please add them as an additional contact on the Contacts page.
It may seem obvious, but we require a valid address for every account. We are legally required to collect this information for our clients. Please do not enter a partial address, PO Box address or placeholder like "123 Fake Street". Providing a made-up address could result in your services being suspended.
