These are the steps to transfer your domain name from another provider to Maxer:
- Remove the registrar lock on your domain name at your current provider in their client area or by contacting them.
- Obtain the EPP transfer code (see Domain Transfers - EPP Transfer Codes for more information)
- Place an order to transfer the domain name on our website at https://my.maxer.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer
- On the order page, you'll need to enter the EPP transfer authorisation code.
- Enter all your contact and billing information, and complete the order.
We will use the EPP code to initiate the domain transfer. Most domain transfers take 2-3 days, but they can take up to 7 days depending on the registrar and TLD. You will receive an email confirmation once your domain has been transferred to Maxer, then you will be able to manage the domain in our client area.
